It is unfortunate that sometimes when you place an order your get notified that the item is not in stock. This is due to the fact that there is no live inventory feed to the manufactures inventory that automatically updates our stock. We have no control on when they order there products or how many. Inventory changes by the minute and we do our best to keep on top of new or discontinued products. We would love to fill every order, that would be to our advantage and a perfect world. With over 8000 plus items we offer for sale we would need a team of many to constantly be updating our products, half of which we can only find out if they are available by contacting our suppliers. We do stock many items but not all 8000 plus. Please no not blame us for an item not being available, instead, find the person that bought the last shoe in the size you wanted and blame them! We appreciate your business and wish we could satisfy everyone 100% of the time.
